I lived in Khanid lowsec for awhile. The battlecruiser rats ranged from 175k to 200k, and they spawn around gates as well as belts. Each rat had significantly higher bounties (and loot, IIRC - I got a ton of medium smartbombs which were 100k each...

Technically at 0 stabs vs 0 scrams, you have 1 point of warp strength vs his 0 points of scram strength = you win. Now if he had a warp disruptor, it would become your 1 point of warp strength vs his 1 point of scram = he wins the tie.

I once tried to kill Lv2 Recon part 1, for the hell of it. It took 3 players in cruisers (Vexor, Maller, Omen) with drones over an hour to do it. And we had to warp out with our behinds on fire plenty of times

If your drones are set to "Aggressive" (auto-attack anything that attacks you), focus fire makes them all shoot one enemy at a time.
